The following general transaction limits apply, subject to change at mega303's discretion:
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount being within the applicable daily and monthly limits; and (d) the Account being in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes. Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, maximum bet per round during bonus play, and validity period are stated on each individual promotion page. Players are strongly advised to read these conditions before opting into any promotion.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, game fault, or communication disruption during a game session, mega303 will endeavour to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where a definitive resolution is not possible, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance. mega303 shall not be liable for any loss of winings arising from a technical malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega303 Platform. Players found to be engaged in any of the following activities will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be subject to legal action:
All content on the mega303 Platform — including but not limited to the mega303 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of mega303 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the mega303 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or published without the prior written consent of mega303.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega303 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to their use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other gaming-related outcomes.
mega303's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.

Where a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, mega303 may refer the matter to an independent third-party arbitration service.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights a Player may hold under the applicable consumer protection laws of their jurisdiction.
